3PL Prime was founded in 2025 under Prime Electric Wholesale Corp with a straightforward premise: South Florida's freight market needed a reliable, no-frills warehousing partner that actually understood the local logistics landscape — the port rhythms, the drayage windows, the urgency of import turns.
Most large 3PLs treat Miami as just another market. We treat it as the only market. Our Class A Prologis facility in Medley was selected specifically for its position at the intersection of Florida's Turnpike and SR-826 — the two most critical freight arteries in South Florida — putting us within fast reach of PortMiami, MIA cargo terminals, and every major distribution point across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Since opening, we've grown by doing one thing well: making it easy for brokers, importers, and 3PLs to move freight through South Florida without the friction that comes with working with facilities that weren't designed for this market.

Most Medley warehouses started as distribution centers and added import services over time. We built our operation around the import freight flow from day one — container devanning, port drayage coordination, and staged outbound are core to how we work, not add-ons.
No minimums that price out smaller operations
We work with clients from 10 pallets to several hundred. Our pricing is optimized for 25+ pallets, but we don't turn away freight that doesn't meet an arbitrary volume threshold. If your load fits our facility, we'll quote it fairly.
A real person responds to your RFQ
Submit an RFQ and you'll hear back within 24 hours from someone who actually knows the facility and can answer your questions. No automated quoting systems, no sales handoffs. You talk to the team that will handle your freight.
Same-day cross-docking that actually means same day
We don't advertise same-day cross-docking and then book it out two days. If your freight arrives in the morning and your outbound carrier is scheduled for the afternoon, we make that work. That's the standard, not the exception.
Transparent pricing, no surprise accessorials
Your quote includes the services you asked for. We don't layer on handling fees, fuel surcharges, or rounding charges after the fact. If something is going to cost more, we tell you before the freight arrives — not after.
