You notify us of your container release. We confirm with your drayage carrier on appointment timing. We schedule a live-unload dock slot to eliminate detention fees.
Your driver backs in and we begin unloading immediately. No waiting. We count pieces against your packing list and photograph any visible damage on the dock.
Cartons are built onto pallets per your specification — sorted by SKU, PO, or destination if required. Pallets are stretch-wrapped and labeled. Count confirmation sent to you.
Palletized freight goes into storage or staged for outbound dispatch — same day if needed. You get photos and a pallet count. We coordinate outbound pickup scheduling.
