What we do

Freight Staging That Keeps Your Dock Moving

Freight staging is the difference between a dock that flows and one that bottlenecks. We stage freight so that when your carrier arrives, the load is already organized, labeled, and positioned — no searching, no delays.

Outbound Carrier Staging

Pallets organized and positioned at the dock door assigned to each outbound carrier. LTL pickups, FTL loads, and parcel movements all staged in their own zones — no mixing, no confusion at pickup time.

Inbound Receiving & Staging

Inbound freight received, counted, and staged by destination or internal route before it moves into storage. Pieces matched against your PO or ASN. Discrepancies flagged within the hour.

Cross-Dock Staging

Inbound freight sorted and staged for same-day cross-dock dispatch. Freight arrives from one carrier, gets staged for another — zero storage time. Ideal for container devan-to-LTL workflows.

Time-Window Staging

When you have multiple carriers picking up at different times throughout the day, we stage each load to be ready at the right time — not everything sitting out at 6am creating dock congestion.

LTL Consolidation Staging

Multiple small shipments staged and consolidated into a single LTL pickup. We organize freight by carrier requirements, apply labels and documentation, and have everything ready at the dock door.

Import Freight Staging

After container devanning, freight staged by destination or customer before outbound dispatch. Especially useful for importers distributing to multiple South Florida customers or retail locations from a single container.

FAQ

Freight Staging Questions

What is freight staging? +
Freight staging is the process of organizing and positioning freight at a dock or warehouse so it's ready for the next step — whether that's loading onto an outbound carrier, moving to storage, or transferring to a cross-dock. Good staging eliminates dock delays, reduces driver detention time, and keeps freight moving on schedule.
How quickly can you stage freight for same-day pickup? +
With advance notice of your pickup schedule, we can have freight staged and ready before your driver arrives. For same-day requests, contact our operations team as early as possible with your pickup time window and freight details.
Do you coordinate with LTL carriers directly? +
Yes. We work with all major LTL carriers operating in South Florida and can coordinate pickup scheduling directly with them on your behalf. We'll confirm pickup windows, have freight staged and labeled, and notify you when the carrier has loaded.
Can you stage freight from a container devan on the same day? +
Yes — devan-to-stage is one of our most common workflows. Your container arrives, we unload and palletize, then stage by outbound carrier or destination. Freight can be dispatched the same day the container arrives if your carriers are scheduled.
